Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

All return requests must be processed on our website via your customer account. Please do not ship any items back to us without receiving prior approval. Any merchandise that is missing pieces or damaged in transit must be communicated with us within 48 hours of receipt.

 

  • 1. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase date.
  • 2. Items must be undamaged.
  • 3. Sale items (if applicable)
    ***Items that are on sale or CLEARANCE will not be eligible for return or exchange. These items are final sale. ***
  • 4. All items will incur a 25% restock fee unless the item was a shipping error on our behalf or a manufacturer defect that we handle in-house.
  • 5. Please allow fourteen business days for the credit to be applied to your account once the items have arrived at our warehouse.
  • 6. Third party sellers are not eligible for returns unless warranty related.
  • 7. Customer will be required to pay for all shipping fees.

Shipping

Any merchandise that is missing pieces or damaged in transit must be communicated with us within 48 hours of receipt, so that a claim can be filed with our carrier. Please note as damaged on either the bill of lading or related documents. Provide copies of this documentation as well as photos of the damaged shipping cartons and damaged merchandise to us in our contact form. Save all bills of lading, packing lists, shipping cartons and packing materials until this matter is resolved, as the carrier may request to see the damaged box(es) and merchandise.

 You will be responsible for paying for ALL shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
